At Calido, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Calido account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
